Common questions
I got a text from Klokey but I don't know why.
Someone may have named you as a trusted contact, or a number was entered by mistake. Reply STOP, or email us and we'll remove your number.
I lost my phone or changed my number.
Your Klokey number stays the same. Contact your program or email us, and we'll help you verify your new phone. Your old number stops getting texts once the new one is confirmed.
How do I check voicemail without the app?
Call your Klokey number from your verified phone and enter your PIN. From another phone, call your Klokey number, then enter your number and PIN when asked.
Is Klokey my lawyer?
No. Klokey is a communications service. We don't give legal advice and we don't represent you.
How do I delete my information?
