Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Lifta Holdings, LLC ("Klokey", "we", "us") for using Klokey. By enrolling in or using Klokey, you agree to them.
1. What Klokey is
Klokey gives you a phone number with voicemail, an email address and a mailing address, and lets you know when something arrives. You may get Klokey directly, or through an organization such as an employer, school, workforce or community program that provides it to you ("your program").

3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- Keep your PIN and sign-in private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only you can add or change the phones and emails we contact.
4. Permission to handle your communications
You authorize us, and service providers working for us, to receive calls, voicemail, email and mail sent to your Klokey number and addresses; to record and transcribe voicemail; to open and scan mail as you've chosen; to store these privately; and to notify you. Live phone conversations are never recorded. Separate forms you sign at enrollment (for example, USPS Form 1583 for mail service) also apply.
5. Your program
If you use Klokey through a program, that program can see what you've authorized and may pay for your service. You can change what it sees in the app. Your program is responsible for its own services and staff.
6. Text messages
If you opt in, we'll text you about calls, voicemail, email and mail received for you, reminders to respond, and account codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent isn't a condition of receiving program services. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details: Text message terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Klokey to break the law, harass anyone, send spam or robocalls, pretend to be someone else, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Fees
If your program pays for Klokey, you aren't charged. If you keep Klokey after your program ends, or sign up directly, we'll show the price before you're charged, and you can cancel any time.
9. When service ends
When your program enrollment ends, Klokey may keep forwarding to you for a period, then offer to continue on a paid plan. If service ends, we'll tell you first, give you a way to download your messages, and handle remaining mail as described in our Privacy Policy. Numbers and addresses aren't reassigned to someone else in a way that would expose your messages.
10. Things we can't promise
We work hard to deliver every message, but phone, email and postal systems aren't perfect. Klokey is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for messages that are late, lost, misdirected by the sender, or not acted on, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your Klokey service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and tell you about important changes. Continuing to use Klokey means you accept them.
12. Law and disputes
Texas law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Bexar County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise. Before filing, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
